Our four general partners and two venture partners have over 154 years of combined experience in the key skill positions of start-up companies and public corporations. Their individual and collective industry expertise in the information technology, networking infrastructure and semiconductor industries enable them to quickly understand and validate the value proposition of each prospective portfolio company.
As engineers, they connect with the talented entrepreneurs who create these innovative technologies, and help them navigate the growth of their businesses. It takes a collaborative effort to build market-leading companies. The majority of our work with the management team is outside the boardrooms, as we help them move through our six point structured navigation process. We encourage them to turn to us for guidance, access to industry contacts, potential customers, and relevant research.

Venture Partners
We created our Venture Partner Program to broaden ACM's access to the entrepreneurial community and to assist our portfolio companies in expanding their product roadmap and refining their business models.
Each of our Venture Partners has extensive operating experience in both start-up and public companies. They identify emerging technology-based companies that fit our investment profile as well as potential strategic relationships that may benefit our portfolio companies through their broad networks. In addition, our Venture Partners leverage industry expertise to source and articulate new discontinuities in the information technology, networking infrastructure and semiconductor industries.
