We are pleased to inform you that we have added a new member to the Adams Capital Management, Inc. team. Jennifer E. Parulo joined the firm on October 22, 2001, as a senior accountant in our Finance and Administration department.
Jennifer has spent the last few years with Ernst & Young, LLP, in Pittsburgh, most recently as a senior auditor. While at Ernst & Young, her client base included multinational/publicly traded companies and entrepreneurial companies with an emphasis in manufacturing and retail. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Jennifer's focus will include: working directly with our portfolio companies' CFOs on accounting and financial reporting issues, ACM's soon to be released Investor Extranet, quarterly reports, accounting and fund administration for our three venture capital limited partnerships, and the coordination of audits and taxes.
